free energy geo 2- Earth Battery? Free Energy? Part 2 of 7

This movie I found on a torrent site about a year ago, I have no idea what they are saying, who they are, or when it was shot, but clearly it is a very interesting movie showing how this man gets energy from the earth to power light bulbs and other things! Look closely at his homemade rectifiers, spark gap, etc. Maybe a giant joule thief? Who knows? If anyone can translate for us, we would appreciate it a bunch. I don’t speak any Russian dialects, so I may be missing something. However in a lot of old world countries residential and commercial electrical systems are grounded to water and in some cases gas pipes (as dangerous as this may seem). If there were voltage leaking from the mains “hot wire” into the ground it could be sufficient enough to provide power to the bulbs. The circuit is completed through the new “ground” -the buried radiator.
